Pros
Very autonomous working conditions. Company culture is very relaxed and as long as you complete your assignments, you are free to manage your day as you see fit.
Cons
Recent merger w/Farmers will reorganize Bristol West procedures with that of Farmers, creating a new learning curve for Bristol West employees.
Advice to Senior Management
Please recognize the high morale and experience your employees bring to the company everyday. With continued training and guidance going forward, you will continue to reap the hard work & dedication these individuals bring to work everyday.
Pros
Good opportunity for advancement within the company
Cons
The workload is too much
Advice to Senior Management
Not to overwork employees
Pros
Bristol West is an ok company to work for. The work is easy and the people are ok. Tuition for college is paid up front.
Cons
No communication with upper management. All about numbers. Management shows alot of favoritism and dont listen No room for advancement. Inconsistency across the board.
Advice to Senior Management
Start to pay attention to feed back from employees. There are great people leaving the company because the pay is horrible and you have to kiss butt just to get reconized.
Pros
Merger with Farmers should increase advancement opportunities. Large upside - They know how to make money. Manageent is ameable and allws you to be you. They do not want you to be a robot and are accepting of variances in personalities. This is a positive situation.
Cons
Instability with merger - Will I have a job? They will trim the fat and get rid of overlapping territories. I also fear that Foremost will force us to give up autonomy and will not permit us to be how we always have been. We have always had fun while at the same time running a business that grows profitably. How could that be a bad thing?
Advice to Senior Management
Lets change out name to Foremost. It has better branding and name recognition and is well respected. Lets put Foremost products on OneStep and growth will follow.
