British Airways Cabin Crew in London, England (United Kingdom):   (Current Employee)

Pros

Working for british airways was alway my dream, it is full of fantastic people apart from the leadership team. e have some fantastic layovers and a service to be proud of. I really do enjoy going into work each day.

Cons

Poor management from the top. Departments being turned against each other. Leadership team trying to reduce us to low cost carrier. LT making our fantastic airline a laughing stock and talking us down.

Advice to Senior Management

Concentrate on the front line staff as we are the ones who continue to serve our customers above expectation on a daily basis. Stop putting profit ahead over everything else

British Airways Business Analyst:   (Current Employee)

Pros

The travel benefits, good life work balance, lot of talented and dedicated colleagues.

Cons

Little chance for professional development or career progression. At the moment all airlines are going through hard times meaning that projects are being put on hold and there is uncertainty about what the furture will hold. Having said that B A is in a better place than many other airlines and the CEO is doing things to ensure the airline has a viable futrure. The company will go through a lot of change in the next few years so hard to say how things will be. Watch this space.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep up the good work. Introduce a share reward program so all employees feel more interested in the companies furture.
