I have been working at British American Tobacco full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It's a fairly laid back environment with lovely facilities such as an onsite gym, costa and roof terrace. There are many perks and benefits open to people, subsidised lunch and free cake on Thursdays

    Cons

Working in a very junior role has left people with a slightly diminished view of my skill set, meaning development would be difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A more transparent development process would be beneficial to staff retention.
