    Pros

    Good work-life balance, nice people

    Cons

The fact that the senior management at BTP is seen as an old boys' network is evidenced by the fact that 100% are white and 100% are male. Senior management often task multiple people for the same answer until they get the answer they want, not the answer they need to hear. This creates a culture of fear and inefficiency.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Equip employees with the training they need to better themselves - labouring vanity projects such as customer service initiatives turns employees off-topic!
