Advice to Senior Management – Put your self in the employees shoes on production floor.

Pros – Good technology
Strong knowledge at local management level
Joe Menedez in particular gives his time to support the business and employees
Cons – Some short term policies in place due to economic slow down which will stunt potential growth
Too many top level managers without market and product knowledge though this was the fault of the first top level managers following the takeover.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on the people who know and understand the business to help create growth. Canvas the people who consider the business to be their life.
