    Pros

None I can think of. They maybe something special in Europe, but they have nothing to offer in the States. I'm sure they will be packing their bags and beverages and going home soon.

    Cons

Never in my 30 years of work experience have I seen such an unprofessional company. Stay away. Do not waste your time. If they offer you a job in the USA, don't just walk away....RUN!

    Advice to Management

Stay across the pond. America does not need slime like you. Pepsi should be ashamed to distribute your swill. I'm truly sorry for anyone in the U.S. that has accepted a job with you. I'm sure they will not be there very long.

    Pros

The flexible work schedule is great. There are really hard working people within the organization.

    Cons

The leadership at the company, is steering the Titanic. They do not have a clue as to how to run an organization. The employees are underpaid, and over worked. They lack a solid sales and marketing plan. The so called leaders function as if they are throwing spaghetti on the wall, and seeing what will stick. Management behaves in an unprofessional manner. No room for career growth. The leadership will sell you on a pipe dream.

    Advice to Management

Be more professional - stop discussing employees with their peers. Hire people that know what they are doing (i.e. hire a real Marketing Director, Regional Sales Directors, and a Vice President). Put systems in place that work. Create a business/marketing plan that supports long term growth. The Sales Directors should not tell the VP how to run the business (this shows that the VP doesn't know what he/she is doing).

    Pros

Salaries for entry level jobs are quite competitive. But this doesnt make up for the level of incompetence from management and age old grudges you have the put up with.

    Cons

Senior management are incompetent. No-one knows what they are doing and are too proud to admit it. Communication and openess is poor. The office culture revolves around backstabbing. It's not what you know here, but who. This has led to many people in high level positions being given jobs they are, quite frankly, not capable of doing. Disorganisation is rife. People are miserable and senior management couldn't care less. The people are pretentious and most quite vacuous. Managers in my department seem to have a 'divide and conquer' attitude, whereby they pit colleague against colleague. To what I avail, I still don't know. There are a small few who are good hearted and are using the company to their own advantage. It has become a place to gain some experience for your CV.

    Advice to Management

I honestly don't think I could advise them. They are running this company into the ground. My advice to potential employees is to stay for a year to have it on your CV and go somewhere else you are valued.

    Pros

Great Benefits, Good Location, Mostly Genuine People.

    Cons

Poor Labour Resourcing, limited resources, nothing else matters except targets!

    Advice to Management

Time for a Senior Manager change at the Norwich Site.

    Pros

A forward looking management team, with a great set of branded products and some decent facilities too. Generally the terms and conditions are competitive.

    Cons

Like many large organisations there is much central command and control and some overly bureaucratic processes and systems to cope with.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing more of the same but remember to take more people on the journey with you.

    Pros

Great introduction into the FMCG world. Fairly comprehensive induction, training and ongoing development. Exciting brand portfolio.

    Cons

Low starting salary, confusing management structure, very little open lines of communication and opportunity to discuss ideas with HQ marketing or brand teams. Wasn't for me.

    Pros

Flexible working was an advantage here

    Cons

THE most political place I have worked (in HR dept), and i've worked for Big 4 accountancy companies!! It's certainly not what you did that matters, but who you were seen to talk to, how long you spent in the office regardless of what you did while there, etc etc.

    Advice to Management

Ask HR to practice what it peaches!!
