Pros-They are great and knowledgeable people working there
    -Friendly and young culture
    -Great talks and science

Great work life balance, good people, unsatisfying work

Process Development Associate I (Former Employee) Cambridge, MA

ProsWork life balance is really unmatched. I worked 40 hours a week on a bad week. All the people are energetic, young, and nice. After you pay your dues you get a lot of freedom and career advancement opportunities at an early age.

ConsThe first two years in process development you are going to be doing primarily production work with limited opportunity to pursue your own experiments.
    Non-profit payscale.

Advice to Senior ManagementNone, but it will be interesting to see how the company proceeds with grant money for genomic research drying up so quickly.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
