Pros
Very good engineering team and good engineering management.
good work and life balance.
Cons
very poor marketing / sales people, they wouldn't commit anything, failed to deliver what they had promised. They used same slices all year round and bullshitting in every meeting.
In the end, they just did nothing..
Advice to Senior Management
fire all the current marketing/sales people and hire someone who really want to work
if the company really want to survive..
