    Pros

    With over 20 years in this industry, I have worked for a variety of companies and can honestly say that Broadpath is the best. The management team is top notch. If you are fortunate enough to obtain a position with Broadpath you will be treated with respect and you will know that you are valued. You will be challenged, rewarded, encouraged and mentored. You will know that it is a safe place to voice concerns and constructive criticism is always welcome. Even though I worked from home in a virtual setting I felt connected and knew I was part of a great team. The opportunity for growth is tremendous as this company is growing so quickly. The most important thing, what impressed me most was the fact that they genuinely care. I have seen my manager go above and beyond so many times for so many people and that is what it all boils down to. That is why this is the best company I have ever worked for.

    Cons

    Things change quickly here due to growth. Not really a con but if you are looking at growing with this company be prepared to be challenged.

    As company growth continues, please remember it is all about the individual that makes up the team.

    Pros

    - flexible schedule/work model allowing for work-at-home when needed
    - great team to work with
    - open to suggestions for change/improvements

    Cons

    - need a comprehensive benefits package
    - need stronger and more effective communication
    - need more and better training initiatives

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide little perks like free coffee/tea/cocoa/soda and the additives with them (ie. sugar/sweetener, creamer, honey).
    Keep corporate staff informed of how the company is performing (revenue, expenses, compared to competitors, etc)
    Keep a "continuous improvement" type of mindset going!

    I worked at BroadPath Healthcare as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

    The idea of not fighting the traffic in my city...working from home is great

    Cons

    The company does not offer benefits or raises...the unfair practices they displayed this past season with the Summacare project...I was not treated fairly by Broadpath...Broadpath dropped the ball with my employment then decided I did not deserve a raise or my bonus as the rest of my team received a raise and the bonus...I will never ever recommend this company to anyone again...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I would advise them to consider unusual circumstances before making decisions that effects an individual employee and their livelihood...the decision to not reward me as they did my other team members for no fault of my own was so disappointing I had to resign....it showed me the company does not value their employees at all....

    Great people to work with. The company is growing at a large rate. It's a very stress-free workplace!

    Management and training are the best! They truly seem to care about helping by giving you the tools to succeed. They also address issues or processes that do not work properly in a timely manner and face situations head on and professionally!

    Management is so wonderful and nice and very helpful! Everyone has a positive attitude and work together as a team! I'm a newbie coming in and I love it so far! The training is immaculate! I never did a work from home assignment with this much structure and great training!

    I don't have any cons, maybe not working in an office and actually meeting my coworkers.

    Working from Home , Management and HR are professional down to earth and great to work with!

    no overtime / no PTO/ no health insurance

    offering overtime would be a perk!! Paying a percentage of employees Internet bill would be a plus
