I worked at BroadSpire full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Manager leaves you alone. You are treated as the expert. Settlement and reserve authority that is industry appropriate.

    Cons

Management is horrible. Much chaos. Manager does not relay important information. Pay is extraordinarily low. Terrible benefits, impossible to make QOPS. So no bonuses. Pay increases range from 1-1.5%.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Team Manger has to go. The office is out of control. The inmates are running the asylum..

I worked at BroadSpire full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

The best reason to work at Broadspire is to have paycheck. It's a stepping stone to a better job.

    Cons

Terrible policies and procedures. The processes are overworked and redundant. Not a 40 hour job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Who is managing the managers? The managers are horrible and lack the skill set of professionalism and ethics. You will find the average representative is more skilled than their manager. Promotion opportunities are for men and who elbow you rub the best.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Disapproves of CEO

Working at Broadspire was satisfying as far as management and respect is concerned, but claims work is still as stressfu

I have been working at BroadSpire

    Pros

Fairness and a genuine care for their employees opportunities for growth. There was no micro-managing in my office, and we had the freedom to use our talent instead of reading off a script like other places.

    Cons

They are losing accounts to the big bag SWick. But everyone is. They pay less, but not That much less.
