Current Employee – been working at Broadband Technologies
Pros – I love the freedom to roam about everyday.
Cons – management sucks and no sense of direction.
Advice to Senior Management – go get education and learn good manner

“Count your money”
Current Employee – been working at Broadband Technologies
Pros – piece work, so if you are fast, then you can make money.
Cons – They will back charge you flagrantly for rediculuous things, including work other technicians performed. They basically, take your money to increase their profit margins and they encourage their QC guys to do this, but its all legal because of the strong-arm contract they have you sign.
Advice to Senior Management – Just because someone has worked for your forever, it doesn't mean they are any good at their work.
