Great people to work with, cutting edge technologies, an employer who really cares about the employees. Building products from ground up and actually witnessing their market adoption is inspiring.
Cons
It is a high pressure environment, requirements are changing frequently and the marketing footwork is far from perfect. The constant drive to meet targets is exhausting.

A cleaner flow of requirements with lock-in stage would simplify the back and forth development efforts. It is always a drag to work on something and realize it is not needed any more.
