good compensation which are in line or above market
good benefits with great health coverage and low salary deductions
fly biz class on trips
corporate credit card so you never have to pay your own expenses
Cons
will aggressively recruit you and tell you what you want to hear to get you in
too many "senior execs" who do nothing but push you and go to meetings
a culture of "i'll talk to you because i need something" and border line college hazing before you get any respect
their ESPP purchase and 401k wealth management firm is horrible and confusing
they let you fly business, but as soon as a cheaper fare is found, you have to take it, even a few nights before your trip and it greatly affects the time you leave and the layover time (from no layover to a 4 hour layover!)
no career path movement and growth - do what we tell you
Advice to Senior Management
spend more time to do what HR is supposed to do ... support the workers and make sure employees concerns are heard and recognized
Pros
fast paced environment. good tools and skill usage. okay compensation. projects change rapidly so lot of learning. international exposure due to multi site .

hire from within than go out for skill
