Cons
Not a diversify working environment. Higher level management lack of vision. Slow decision, constantly changing project schedule. A lot of politics.
Pros
Great products and great engineering team that make the impossible possible. Benefits are very good and employee friendly. Unlimited vacation.
Cons
Too many groups within business units act separately. Not much negative actually don't have twenty words, it's a great company.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire agressively and on time to deliver the products to the customers in time. Overall doing a great job.
Pros
Company is innovative, fast-paced. Can work on new things and meet some of the most talented engineers in industry in Bay Area.
Cons
too much over-time. Have to work weekends too. constant job pressure is very common and projects have to be finished very quickly.
Advice to Senior Management
Hire better managers. Some managers are not very technical and make very bad decisions. Also need enginners to evaluate their managers and get rid of the ones that do not perform.
Pros
one person can do a lot of technical things. Salary is good. Stock reward was pretty good (but getting much less year by year). if you're in good team with good manager, a best place. If you're in a bad team or work for a dirt-hearted manager, change the job if possible.
Cons
performance review and promotion is so unfair, things are in black box, this is purely depending on the managers who are trustable or not.
more and more politics are being added to slow down the growth.
Advice to Senior Management
reduce the useless no contribution managers/directors/vp.
