    ProsSocial life, my supervisor, team leader was always cooperative

    ConsBeside proxy and month end, they always cut hours. You can make up to 36-37 hour if you work full time

    Advice to Senior ManagementNeed some time distribution, some people always even up working upto 20 hours overtime where else rest cant even make 40 hours.

    Great first job out of college

    Prosexposure to technical side of financial softwares such as Impact and Finance Pro, good benefits, create great contacts with clients over time

    Conspoorly managed, training is available if you train yourself, office politics ruin the atmosphere, people who deserve promotions don't get the recognition they deserve.

    Advice to Senior Managementput in a bit more of an effort on training new employees instead of water cooler gossip
