I have been working at Broadridge full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Broadridge has a healthy culture, at least in the Denver area. There are opportunities for employees to take if they work hard and contribute. I believe the compensation is fair but not great.

    Cons

The challenges come from NYC. We get emails with a bunch of gobbledygook, corporate speak in them. I could spend hours deciphering some of these emails. There seems to be more and more pressure to implement a top-down approach, but we'd be better off left alone for the most part.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company is growing -- let's keep innovating and leading the industry. Ask for more employee feedback to help with generating new projects and goals.

    Pros

Pay is ok but differs by location fir same skill-set, flexible schedule able to work remotely one day a week

    Cons

Good old boys club, different standards for men vs women in same positions, management doesn't know how to manage, no communication is terrible from top down

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your front line employees not just the suits they will say whatever benefits them in their climb to the top and their wallet. Never mind the employees that have to deal with the clients when leadership is too blind to admit they are wrong

I have been working at Broadridge full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good Company for those who like to work on multiple things. Not for those who are happy doing the same thing over and over.
Reports of no family time are not fully correct. Management is flexible with timings.
    Good compensation plan with benefits

    Cons

Lot of last minute requests make it seem chaotic because processes in place have to be worked around.
Very lightly staffed in the Tech Services making it difficult at times when people are out on vacation

I worked at Broadridge full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

It may be good for new college graduates and single people without any lives, other wise if you have family you can say good bye to family life or any other activity during the weekdays or the weekends

    Cons

poor management, no processes or schedule work. Everything is chaotic, Worst manager I worked with who thinks its a third world country and treats people with no respect at all. Manager should be trained on how corporate America works, these foreign managers have very little know how about the American culture

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the lower managers or at least give them training on how corporate America works
