Organization is a proponent of developing their Associates.

Feel that some positions could have higher pay scale, but otherwise, great place to work.

    Good Intern Program.

I worked at Broadridge as an intern

    Pros

Very helpful and friendly staff. As part of the intern program you learned core job skills as well as how to work as a team to solve a task. Provided a great learning environment to begin your career.

    Cons

There were not many cons from my experience. Budgeting time during the intern program was important and challenging in order to be successful. However this is important at any job.

    Pros

    Steady work and tuition reimbursement.

    Cons

Dead end company with no room for growth. They won't let you jump too high of a pay grade even if you have a degree. They only allow a maximum 20% increase and that's if they even let you move up to a new position. Too much favoritism and disrespectful management. Hard working, educated and long-term employees aren't appeciated. Horrible culture, they have mastered the art of paying low wages to employees.

    Advice to Management

Promote within and stop paying higher wages to new employees for the same job that someone has been doing for years. Learn to appreciate and value good employees instead of discrediting someone working toward an education.
