    Pros

    Good company to work for with different divisions and locations so there is room for growth. Good benefits and pay seemed to be comparable to similar companies in the industry.

    Cons

    Outsource a lot of programming work to India. Sometimes management doesn't seem to think through the entire big picture resulting in the worker-bees scurrying to keep up with changing objectives.

    Diverse product mix for financial services industry

    Cons

    Teams are very click ish and very closed to new employees. Onboarding is an absolute disaster. If you are not on the inner circle of your team you will not survive the constant shift in priorities.

    Need to focus on real and value added employee communications and assess how many different silo's the business currently has. Very US focused.

    People care, Great company to work and they always try to do the right thing. Strong Financial with continual growth and opportunities individuals can seek out.

    Long hours- Have held multiple positions and all require much more than the typical 9-6.
