    Pros

Collaborative management focused on products and service prior to the acquisition, when Andover was known as NewRIver. Core product has value in the overall Broadridge umbrella.

    Cons

Facility has slowly eroded into an Operation Center. No Sales team. No Product launches in over 3 years. The idea of "making the number" is not back filling positions and cutting when possible.

    Advice to Management

Resign. Allow dynamic professionals to come in and pick up the pieces, grow the products and the account base. Lack of focus on clients, on service on products and growth has created a decaying environment.

I have been working at Broadridge (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Easy work, laid back environment.

    Cons

Horrible compensation. Everyone who works here is miserable and feel unappreciated. They are sending every single position possible overseas which is absolutely disgusting to watch. Training is minimal and you will only get anywhere if you suck up to your superior.

    Advice to Management

    Get it together.

    Pros

The people that I worked with were great!

    Cons

horrible compensation, not so great culture, bad leadership.

    Advice to Management

At bare minimum upper management: please do everything you can to change the culture. Front-end Developers are Developers also, we don't just make things look pretty.

    Pros

A lot of great people that are willing to help you learn and grow. Decent benefits. Great interdepatmental teamwork. Plesant atmosphere.

    Cons

If you want to break into the finance world, this is a good place to start, but not a good place to stay. Pay is not on par with other institutions. Many promotions based on the Peter Principle.

    Advice to Management

Try and match salaries with institutions within this field. Bring back additional training classes for employees seeking to grow within the company. Allow current employees to participate in programs that are only available to new hires.

I have been working at Broadridge full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good hikes, job security, as this is a product based company, there is a lot of scope for onsite opportunities however you will have to sign a bond

    Cons

No global process, too strict in dress code and personal phone inside the office policies, they do not care about employees life, too much of work pressure, 3 months strict notice period and not even one day can be negotiated, no streamlined process, no policy/documentation material for any product, no work life balance

    Advice to Management

Ones' associate should always be recognised, for that matter every employee should be treated good

I worked at Broadridge full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Company has good benefits and perks. Trying to stay ahead of the curve with their products and technology. They are working on a bigger product line so there is the opportunity to be exposed to more then just the financial side of the business.

    Cons

Would rather pay a lower salary instead retaining experienced employees. If you work their more then 10 year you need to watch your back. They will bring in someone with less experience and pay a lower wage. They have become a typical company that is sending a lot of their jobs overseas to save a buck

    Advice to Management

A vision statement that includes having 80% of your work force overseas to save a buck will decrease any loyalty you have in your experienced employees.
