I have been working at Broadridge as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

For actual permanent employees the benefits are great as is the work-life balance.

    Cons

They are far too complacent about using temp help. They keep you on as a long term temp for years and years meaning you get none of the perks of being an actual Broadridge employee but do all the same work. In my department 1/3 of the people are temps, several of which have been here for more than a year.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Six months should be more than enough time to evaluate someone's performance and whether or not you need the actual headcount in your department. It's frustrating to people to spend so long in a job and not feel valued and most of us are still looking for full-time permanent work outside your company.
