Pros
Very friendly work environment. Opportunity to travel (although this can be a bad thing if the locations are terrible). Taken out to lunches/dinners on the company's dime.
Cons
compensation is lower than competition
Advice to Senior Management
Allow younger employees to move from developer positions into more leading roles more quickly

Travel to some non-desirable places
Kitchener (really... who wants to live there)

Flexible hours
Learning opportunities
Other employees make great co-workers
Management is open to suggestions
Cons
some projects require a lot of travel
compensation is lower than competition
career advancement may be an issue as the structure is very flat
Advice to Senior Management
Allow younger employees to move from developer positions into more leading roles more quickly. Reduce the required amount of travel
