    Pros

    Cons

it's working for a company that's messy and unprofessional, at least at the store level.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

make sure that the store management is treating their employees like humans, and if customers are making crude racial and sexual remarks about an employee in front of management, they should say something.

Job Stability, Promote from within (value experience equally to education). Easy to get promoted if your good at your job.

    Pros

Very easy to move up. The company wants you to continue learning at every position. Good benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take away "Christmas bonus", give adequate raises! Is it that hard to say "thanks", or "good job"? Nothing's ever right or good enough.
