Pros

Fantastic collegues to work with
Great training and amazing trainer
Always something new to learn
Fast paced
Dynamic company
Easily accessible

Cons

Horrible management
If you have kids, forget it..find another job. I had 2 children that were sick often. Although, you may provide a history, they couldn't care less.
If you flunk your test, your gone...A test that covers 1 and 100,000 instances..but don't worry, it will be on there....

Advice to Senior Management

Find someone who is sympathetic to having children..perhaps, putting someone in charge that has children would be a good start.

Also, forcing employees to pass a exam that covers obscure scenarios in order to get a 50 cent raise is ridiculous.
