I worked at Brown Mackie College full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Salary and benefits. Staff and coworkers. Faculty and Staff really mean well.

    Cons

EDMC investors = what matters. Extremely Unethical. Good for investors, bad for students, USA, staff, and will eventually implode. Same people who brought us the great recession. CEOS making out like bandits, leaving a mess in their wake.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees talk to each other - so why lie to current employees about layoffs? Lies at meetings and in emails are detected eventually, so what's the point?
