Pros

Steady Paycheck, if you dont mind paycheck errors out of 1 in 4 paychecks. Company likes to pay a portion of your paycheck under the table. Its via some sketchy "Tool Comp" program. Company also likes to sublet all types of work outside of lights, and Preventative maintenance. But in return your salary reflects this.

Cons

Low Pay, Zero Training, No oppertunity for advancement, Gives outdated information in regards to benefits. You Can't take time off, unless it benefits the company. ie a couple of hours here and there if there is no work to complete. Company gives no shop tooling. You have to supply everything, including jacks.
