In the past there were some challenges with working at Browz, but today I don't think many of those remain as Browz has had tremendous growth and improved their processes and the atmosphere to work in.

There are plenty of opportunities at Browz to be involved in all areas of the business, as resources are limited and management is open to suggestions to improve the business. Some innovative technology. Providing a benefit to clients.

Browz is a struggling small business, with limited resources, and has made some poor decisions with regards to business direction and has lost some significant clients as a result.

Advice to Senior Management

Keep on trying! The business has a chance to suceed though it might take a longer time than anticipated. The revenue model might need some work.
