    Pros

I have worked for Bruntwood in Liverpool as part of an amazing team. Really felt appreciated and happy while I worked here.

    Cons

None. Anything I wasn't sure of I was effectively trained in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I worked at Bruntwood full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Working for this property company gives you the chance to broaden your career development and gain new skills and experiences.

    Cons

This company looks to restructure its departments a little too often which can result in too many changes and not enough time for any changes to be properly implemented.

    I worked at Bruntwood full-time

    Pros

Nice Head Office with lovely views of Manchester!

    Cons

Very poorly paid, overworked, no flexi time or payment for the daily overtime, bad management and a general lack of respect for their employees. I've had a few jobs in my career and I have never felt more unhappy then when I worked there. Thank god I was lucky and managed to escape!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to show your staff some more appreciation, especially as the pay is so low. Maybe the introduction of flexi time would work. Also stop trying to change everything all at once, it creates a very negative atmosphere in the office, especially when you sacked so many people with no explanation!

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Bruntwood full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Valued as an employee - have a voice
    Given ownership/autonomy
    Bruntwood's Charity Work

    Cons

A lot of pressure since recession - too target driven so sacrifices made elsewhere.
    Different departments with clashing priorities
Get excited at big projects that are then severely scaled back

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Align staff to your vision then let them get on with it - no clear direction on how we can impact company objectives.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
