Pros
Good Place to work. Employees stay 20,30 40 years. Employees are generally happy and work towards common goals. Many different types of work available, multiple divisions across USA.
Cons
Slow promotion at times. Longevity of employment means there are some workers that are not willing to change habits even if it can be a benefit in the long run.
Advice to Senior Management
Stay involved in knowing what happens day to day.
