    Pros

Able to do homework on the job, low stress environment, great training program.

    Cons

Low pay compared to off campus jobs, job market competitive enough that you have little power.

    Advice to Management

Make sure to train employees for all aspects of the job, as an AV tech I am often asked about internet connectivity issues

I have been working at Bryant University full-time

    Pros

Suite coordinators do a terrific job. Good pay for lecturers.

    Cons

Food - really - you call that faculty dining? Food is bland and redundant; poor design flow of the space as well. Since we are on an isolated campus I would expect dining to be a bit better. Also, any way to get closer parking? This winter was particularly brutal and walking down that wind tunnel made me regret not taking a position in a warmer climate.

    Advice to Management

Ditch the dress code - we're preparing our students for a wide range of careers - many of which don't require suit/tie. So why make us all conform to one type of dress code (business)?
