Former Employee – worked at Buffalo Technology as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – My coworkers were generous and helpful.
Cons – Compared to other tech companies I've worked at, there is much less QA at Buffalo. That means that many more defective products get to customers. The company is run as a Japanese company (of course, because it is), but Americans who work here will have to learn the ropes, It seems like a small thing, but the desk chairs were terrible. People were buying their own chairs and bringing them in. A company that won't buy chairs?
Advice to Senior Management – Work on your US to Japan document sharing and streamline your processes.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
