Pros
It's a job in these troubled times and it pays the bills.
Cons
Management out of touch. Poor communication. Employees are last consideration.
Advice to Senior Management
Might be helpful for employee morale if some of the guys at the top would circulate now and then among the rank and file . . . maybe answer a few questions . . . see for yourselves what's going on out in the yards, etc.
