Be The First To
50% of the CEO
Pros – They take good care of the older guys here if your over 50 this is where you should be. And yea 50k-60k a year but also keep in mind you well not make this if you are not running your your butt off weekends. Out of towns. Late nights, holidays. And so on
Cons – Favoritism, forced dispatched runs, out dated equipment, turnover rate is real bad, if you have a family stay a way from here home time you will never get it 10 hrs at home & right back out and there losing more customers now more then ever so bottom line the ball is in your court do as you plz But I have fare warning
– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – lotsof hours lots of hours
Cons – no family time, work 12 14 hrs day
Advice to Senior Management – none
Pros – Its a job, its better than nothing.
Cons – No room for advancement, employees work goes unappreciated.
Advice to Senior Management – Give raises.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
Pros – The company really stresses safety. They want attention to detail when it comes to security and making sure that we do everything we can to ensure a product that is handled with care and free of contaminents. They have training like no other bulk carrier that I've seen.
Cons – Some equipment is older. Some of the terminals don't do as good a job as others to make sure the equipment is serviced properly. Some of the fault lies with the drivers because they don't report things that need to be repaired so mechanics can't know what to repair. Some just need to be replaced because of age.
Advice to Senior Management – Sometimes it looks as though there is too much upper management.
