Great location, pretty good students, good diversity range, emphasis on academic excellence, annual bonus for high achievement (normally every year); very safe and clean work environment.

Cons

Communication to and from the school administration should be better; teachers have a high workload; teachers with teaching or personality problems are allowed to continue teaching; school administration gives general feedback instead of detailed ways to improve.

Advice to Senior Management

Improve the communication to staffs, increase professional development, look at other successful schools and districts for ideas to improve the district and schools.
