    Pros

great benefits for upper management, wages for management in training at least three dollars above min.wage-training is crunch time/ hurried

    Cons

All objective is customer dollar and production. This job reminded me of "The Stepford Wives" movie or how scientist's will program a robot. I was astounded at the mindset of most management like they were in a daze. Cruelty by upper management toward staff is highly tolerated.

    Advice to Management

Shop your own franchise incognito. This may account for excess minute production.

    Pros

    Great people to work with

    Cons

Poor people to work for. You will be lied to about your pay and your schedule. They will make you promises like you can have Wednesday off to go to your kids ball game and then schedule you to work at the same time the game is.

    Advice to Management

Get your head out of your butts and respect your employees. You complain about the high turn over rate and do nothing to keep good employees.

    Pros

Interaction with customers and those whom you work with

    Cons

conditions are nasty, pay is horrible, no respect, treated like an animal, dreadful management

    Advice to Management

Have someone review the head store managers every once and a while.
