I have been working at Burlington Coat Factory

    Pros

The people I work with are amazing. The working environment is a fun one and is fairly laid back. Interacting with the customers is always fun and exciting. Management is good, they will work with you to make sure you are happy.

    Cons

The pay is not great. A persona cannot hope to survive on this, even working 40 hours a week.. There isn't enough space to put everything, so it does tend to look a bit messy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep on keeping on.
