    Pros

    You work with great people that actually care about you and not work you like a slave.

    Cons

    Horrible pay, raise is always a few cents. Doesn't matter what position you are in unless you are store manager or work for corporate. They are always trying to save all there money and pay you less than what you deserve or should get.

    shift went by pretty quick

    the amount they were paying and the workload was way off

    Management in the store I worked in were pretty cool and laid back but the only thing I didnt like was the way the other associates talked to the receiving manager, No respect at all!!!

    Some managers are condescending and you have to deal with difficult messy customers

    There should be more dialogue with associates and more perks for those people who go above and beyond. Listen to the full timers they are the ones who see what all the part timers are doing good and bad.

    Pros

    Burlington works with your schedule. If you have school in the morning/ afternoon they'll give you night time hours and vice versa. During holidays they will stay open until twelve am.

    Cons

    No medical benefits, although you're charged for it. Only part-time or seasonal. Stuck up managers.
