    Pros

Get Payed every week, quick hire

    Cons

Low Pay, no flexibility in scheduling, no training, expected to know my job without training, terrible coworkers, very rude! Will not work around school schedule. Told me to adjust my schedule just to work there. Will not value the fact that I do not have my own car yet. No set schedule. Not enough workers for any department.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer training to new employees. Stop talking to customers and TRAIN YOUR NEW EMPLOYEES

    Pros

The customers are pretty friendly, although they rate our customer service low. Great discounts for employees and the management is always trying to boost morale with potlucks.

    Cons

The incoming of freight is a little too much to handle at times, never enough payroll to process it and get it to the sales floor. Lack of training.

Former Employee - Sales Floor Associate in Westland, MI

    Pros

Some of the staff were friendly. Associate discount day was nice. Got paid weekly. Staff can be laid back.

    Cons

Minimum wage. Way under-staffed for each department. Can be too stressful. Some very unprofessional management. Customers were very messy and hard to pick up after- floor/fitting room. If you work as a cashier, it can be never ending sometimes and you don't get to chose when to take a break, they tell you. You can make more and have a less stressful job somewhere else. Management wasn't very friendly. Workers aren't very diverse.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people to the departments. Give raises to each worker? Recovery shouldn't be a plastic bin. Clothes should be hung not thrown into a plastic bin. Departments need to be separated. When workers want a day off, there should be a simple form to fill out. Training needs to be better. Have more cashiers and let then decide when to take a break as long as it's not all at once. Don't make workers stay later than they have to. Be more friendly.

    Pros

    25% discount every few months
    Pay day every friday

    Cons

Request a day off and get your hrs cut.
People who constantly call in sick get more hrs than ones who don't.
Management points fingers and blames each other.
    No seniority what so ever.
Lazy upper management who sit in office revising the schedule most of the time.
Don't put people off! We are not stupid and know what you are doing...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire management with more experience than a specialty little mall store.
Just because somebody kisses butt doesn't mean they are qualified for full time.
Really pay attention to the ones who work, and the ones who don't.
Start penalizing those who call out sick ALL the time and not the people who don't.
Stop hiring people you all know! Once again people are not stupid and we know!
