    Pros

Upper management is approachable they have an open door policy they make it a point to greet you. Very friendly and hard working associates. Processes are easy to follow and follow up on.

    Cons

Stores are too large for the amount of payroll that is budgeted. Even though the associates work hard and smart the stores are messy due to the lack of payroll. The company is challenged when it comes to technology.

I worked at Burlington Coat Factory

    Pros

    45 minute lunches.
Near good food places to go while on lunch.

    Cons

They try not to give everyone their second breaks, The GM had the worst attitude, Managers/Supervisors lie to their associates, Everyone was messy and gossiping, only a 10% off discount, and negative amount of hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have someone else come in as an undercover customer and talk to the GM's as a customer who feels dissatisfied and see how the GM's attitudes really are along with some associates. Raise the employee discount.
