I have been working at Burlington Stores full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Burlington is growing! I'm glad to be part of a company that's opening beautiful new stores. The company solicits feedback from employees and is serious about their core values.

    Cons

None, there are opportunities for people who are hard workers.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, I'm excited to see what the future holds.

    Cons

-Communication regarding job shifts within the department, new policies, upcoming projects -Hard to tell if there is truly room for growth based on feedback from other employees..

-Focus on analytical training and development. -Improve lines of communication to boost morale and productivity. -Provide clear direction to improve quality of ABs and, ultimately, the overall business.

  7. Ok experience, not the best job but if you're a hard worker and don't slack off, management will take notice.

I have been working at Burlington Stores part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Very flexible with availability so it's perfect if you're a student. Coworkers are all very nice and easy to get along with. Managers are easy to talk to and will listen to your issues within your department and take action. You have a 6 minute grace period to be late.

    Cons

The customers are awful. They have no respect for the store and make a huge mess. I've noticed if you're a new employee, you get mostly closing shifts, especially on the weekends. Not a lot of training, you're pretty much on your own to figure things out.

I worked at Burlington Stores part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fast pace and keeps you busy. The people I worked with where cool to. Management was flexible with you and there was a decent employee discount.

    Cons

Scheduled for part time but will be working almost seemingly full time hrs especially during holiday time so they don't have to give you benefits. Also very little room to grow. If you don't already have managerial experience good luck becoming one.

    Pros

Burlington is a wonderful place to work. The associates alone make the experience so rewarding. I never dread coming into the office and I always have something to look forward to throughout the day. Burlington really values its associates and the company keeps growing. I am hopeful in the future (and my future too!) with the company.

    Cons

    Benefits could be better.

    Advice to Management

Continue to be open to associate feedback in order to make Burlington the absolute best place to work.
