Details
Pros
Family type atmosphere. Stable company in bad ecomony. Freedom to think on your own and find solutions to a variey of issues.
Cons
Compensation is lacking for comparable positions elsewhere. Employees are required to wear multiple hats and be in too many places at once.
Advice to Senior Management
Continue to revamp company structure and add positions that allow more specific job responsibilites to all employees so they can be more efficient.
