Pros

Cannot think of any positives. Though they have some good equipment, the work environment is chaotic and disorganized, the management is tyrannical, you are hired to do one thing and end up in a matter of days having to do everything.

Cons

Management pitches fits of anger, distrust of employees, discourages any dialogue among employees, treats entire operation like a military compound, resents employees, has hired and fired hundreds of employees in the past year, treats vendors with no respect.

Advice to Senior Management

Tyrannical management and fit-pitching is not the way to run a business. Vendors are an ally, as well as employees and should be treated with respect.
