Pros – Business recorder is one of the leading Media group, deals in finance, current affairs & Fun.

Cons – Not a good reputation in Salary, not providing other benefits as given by competitors

Advice to Senior Management – Motivate the employees with other benefits (ie Bonuses, health benefits)

Pros – Work environment is good. They pay on time which is a big thing for current job scenario.

Cons – They have stuck to their old-fashioned style of doing things. They don't want to update their self with new things. They are not open for ideas. There is no as such Career growth.

Advice to Senior Management – Please make a proper system of evaluating your employees.

Batter than many here in Pakistan probably
Medical support as needed
Little bit lenient in regards with absentees.

Cons – Focus only on in timing and out timing usually.
criticize over timing only not body bother how the company works.

Advice to Senior Management – Learn how Organizational behaviour and some what Management principles, so that employees remain happy, Because One happy employee is batter than 4 unhappy employees.

Pros – In working here I felt pretty strict environment at first but it is not that what it look like, we are allowed to have chat meetings when ever we want

Cons – Strict timing; every one has to come on time but if some one got late in a month even if it is for a minute this counts in late. There is so much emphasis on timing issues, that all other issues blur under its shadow.

Advice to Senior Management – Its good if we are moving forward in order to defeat our rivals and competitors but if we stuck still this makes us unsatisfied.
