    ProsVery organized. The staff who work here are well trained. Patients are treated well.

    ConsThere are some rigid people who dont not put the PT first people make assumptions without talking to each other

    ProsBenefits were good and reasonable rates.

    ConsPolitics-CNE took over and is slowly replacing Butler Staff with CNE Staff.

    Advice to Senior ManagementAct like managers but don't micromanage. Let your employees prove themselves to you, show some faith in their abilities!

    ProsThe the staff at Butler are for the most part in this industry because they are compassionate. I was impressed by the general level of empathy workers expresses to patients.

    ConsThe union seems to create a "golden handcuffs" effect on workers who would otherwise be more motivated to seek something they'd be happier doing.
