I have been working at Bwin Interactive full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

You spent most of the time at work and sometimes you feel nobody understands you better than a colleague because you just have so much that in common. Here you'll find young, dynamic colleagues that somehow reflects exactly what the company is.

    Cons

In the online business things have to happen fast, so you have to be stress resistant.

I have been working at Bwin Interactive

    Pros

Great reputation with fun co-workers and opportunities to development throughout the company.

    Cons

Senior management still thinks of you as filling a job instead of developing your career. A company struggling to move beyond a small enterprise and into a large corporation with established career prospects for employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop fighting amongst eachother. Stop jocking for position. Pay more attention to your loyal employees and focus on their development in addition to the strategic goals of the company and your own pride.

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Better communication between the offices, especially head office in Vienna
Continue with the after work activities and International set up
