    Cons

    Company rules is So bad..
1.Should not use mobile phones inside the company.
    2.Should not talk unnecessarily

In training they wont give salary and if you complete the training successfully onlty they give the salary for the training.

If you didn't perform well in the 2 months training..They'll send you out without giving the salary.

If your performance is low in any of the working year.they'll fire you out...even if you are a 1 year experienced person.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

give the salary for the training.Dont hold the slary of the training

Former Employee - Customer Service Representative in Bangalore (India)

    Pros

Best for those who hate themselves and would like to undergo some torture.

    Cons

Sony USA's support is provided by C-cubed solutions(located in bangalore,INDIA). I worked over there for 4-5 months and the working conditions were like hell, so I left that blood sucking firm. They ask us to handle 3 chats at a time. EVEN IF ONE CUSTOMER NEEDS FULL ATTENTION.

THey pay $180 a month. plus DLOPs (double loss of pay if taken a leave unexpectedly)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice is: Better start to rear some cattle. This is the best thing your company can do
