    Pros

    i was trainee at cdac mohali.THe institute is great to start research work.I completed my six month industrial training in PHP technology from there.The whole learning process was awesome.The guides are very helpful.

    Cons

    The campus should be extended,the area is small.The institute should improve canteen and stationary facilities.

    Pros

    government job. secure You get the time to pursue your own thing

    Cons

    Depends a lot on the manager and project. Lack of motivation. You can slip into laziness

    Scrap projects that don't make money More collaboration within departments Adopt latest industry practices

    Join if you want to get insulted, humiliated, get depressed.

    Cons

    Sick work environment. People good in buttering can only survive. Non technical team leads.

    Pros

    Lots of time to explore. Make use of it if you are pro active.

    Cons

    Contract employees are have nots. Permanent employee are haves. Too much of hierarchy.

    Advice to Management

    Lower down hierarchy and clerical delays
