    dont join this company, else u'll lose ur shine, no growth at all

    Prosonly regular govt. employees can enjoy all the facilities.....dont ever join as contractual employee.....

    Consno growth, no reasonable designation, runs on whims & fancy of Executive Director like family business, only higher mgmt. are regular, all other are labourer

    Advice to Senior Managementthink abt old contractual employee who have given so much into the organization instead of acting like a puppet.

    Boring

    ProsThere is air conditioner.
    There is very fast wifi.
    Your boss doesn't care what you are doing.
    Cheap/subsidized food.

    ConsYour boss doesn't care what you are doing.
    Sometimes the wifi doesn't work.
    Sometimes the AC doesn't work.

    Advice to Senior ManagementThere is no bonuses if you are working harder than other people.
    Also there is reservation in CDAC so what you will see that almost half the people at any time are doing stuff like facebook or listening to music.
