Former Employee – worked at C.K. Tang part-time for less than a year

Pros – - Gd working atmosphere, provided that ur fellow team members r alright
- Basic Pay + commission, there is sales incentive given
- employee discount
- Numerous team building activities

Cons – - can have politic issues in the sales level
- strict clock in clock out timing
- not much career growth, more of a part time job

Advice to Senior Management – - better training for merchandises/products

Current Employee – been working at C.K. Tang

Pros – Flexible working time and always new challenges ahead, awaiting for you.

Cons – low as compare to market rate. Unless you are headhunted or in management role.
Dont expect a very high variable bonus.

Pros – staff discounts, wonderful team of senior management who work very closely with mid level staff

Cons – poor work life balance, long hours

Advice to Senior Management – shouldnt ask staff to run errands for the Tang family even though its a family business
