Cons – Inexperience combined with autonomy yields an environment which inhibits creativity and thwarts forward-thinking. The promotion of unfettered input to improve end-result productivity will not exist where there is a phobia of retaliation from a manager's threatened ego.
Advice to Senior Management – Owning a company requires only capitol.
Managing a company requires experience or, at the very least, the willingness to learn proven methods. A fear-doctrine ill-behooves the organization's desired interests.
