Cons – Pay is on the low end of competative.
Over time hours can become grueling.
That's all I can think of, it's really a great company.

Pros – C2AE has great poeple to work with that all take their jobs very seriously and strive to do great work.

Cons – There are great discrepancies between managers and how they treat their employees. Upward mobility and promotions are hard to come by.

Advice to Senior Management – Find ways to develop and grow the employees you have.

Occasional catered lunch
Nice year-end party
OK benefits

Cons – Culture - lots of back-stabbing and whispering
Not much room for advancement
The thought that every manager can manage any functional area

Advice to Senior Management – Stop slapping each other on the back and get back to the core of what your business is.
