I have been working at C3i full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Approachable managers on all levels, open door policy, very relaxed atmosphere. Acceptable stress level, and no tolerance for abuse on any level, even from customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

    -Excellent Benefits
-Strong Advancement Potential if you can cut it

    Cons

-$11.00/hr is not bad for the Wilkes Barre/Scranton Area if you are a young adult (18-24), but don't expect a pay raise.
-If you receive a bad shift, don't expect to have it changed anytime soon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -Invest more time in training!!!
-Work too change the culture of apathy and low expectations

I worked at C3i full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

You have to do something intently to get fired.

    Cons

Pay is low, we can add. No raise for 3 years they can't afford it when they billing clients $10000.00 a person a month???? No overtime unless you clear it first. When you try to clear it you get, that's not accept able. Then five minutes before you get a life of can you stay?? It is ran so management that have no clue what goes on. Yet they complain about sla and pay you for 1/10th the work. Grants to get new machines and the ones every one uses are 6+ years old with so much dust they are going to stop any day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay real money get real results, over time is not why your not making money its you keep messing and pressuring with the ones who do the brunt work and we leave and get better treated, so you keep hiring and your paying more to train someone who leaves sooner cause you screw them too...

I have been working at C3i full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There isn't any advantages at all

    Cons

Oh god where to begin? For starters the pay is pretty bad, the management really doesn't care about their employees, they will outright violate written agreements.

You have no protections against abusive customers, and there is a lot of them.

There's no way you can advance, and if there is an opportunity the system is rigged. Plus they always found new ways to screw you out of vacation days and sick days.

If you get an offer from them, do yourself a favor and don't take it. Welfare is better.

I worked at C3i full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

My coworkers were fun to work with even if it's a just group complaint fest.

    Cons

Spent the last 5 years without a raise, only reason I stayed was that the job market was tight

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Far too top heavy with hands-off managers, try helping out once in a while.
