CA Unemployment Dept.Should your last choice

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThe primary reason to work here is the guaranteed income and benefits. The predictability of the department allows you to always know what your chances of advancing are.

ConsThere is a complete disregard for talent, ability and creative thinking. The slogans and the PR indicate otherwise but in fact is is a job for those who can live with being at all times at the effect of a "boss" and a system that doesn't consider or value the individual

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs a entire shift of thinking from the union as savior and entitlement as way of life to creation, action merit and reward. Unfortunately to become management an individual will have had to surrendered their gifts to sustain a conformist organization. talents of management in the organization is abition

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
