Pros – Easy work, good pay, easy people to get along, well spoken management .
Cons – As is with most large firms there is a vertical filter which does not allow for upward flow of information/creativity which could benefit the team.
Advice to Senior Management – Add team building, designer meetings to your schedule

Cons – low pay, limited opportunity for advancement, work not transferable to other industries, management is overwhelmed

Pros – The organization is very flat. There almost no structural barriers to advancement.
Cons – The downside of that coin is that there is little in the way of planned career development. Very informal. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit or are simple ambitious and self-motivated/taught, it is a great environment. If you prefer the more structured corporate path, choose a larger company.
Advice to Senior Management – As the company grows, it becomes necessary to take on more internal support infrastructure (organization development, HR, etc.). A steady pipeline of future top performers must be developed.
